To link a YouTube account, follow this operation:

1. Log in to your Steam account through the Steam application or Steam webpage on a computer (Windows, Max OSX, or Linux).
2. Click on your Steam Community persona name at the top of the window.
3. Select the videos tab.
4. Click the "Link YouTube account" button.
5. Click the "Access your YouTube videos" button.
6. Log in to your YouTube account.

From here, you can select videos to add to your Steam profile.
