How do I contact Ubisoft Support?

To create a support ticket with Ubisoft Support, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to
  2. Click Uplay Sign In toward the top right of the page and enter your Uplay Account credentials. If you have not yet created an account, click CREATE A UPLAY ACCOUNT to create the account.
  3. Select the Options button at the top right of the screen. In the drop-down menu, select Go To: Contact Support.
  4. You will now see the Open a Support Case page. Select Email Us for a support ticket or Start Chat for a live chat within the listed hours of operation.
  5. Use the drop-down menus to select the Platform, Product, and Category.
  6. In the SUBJECT field, type a brief description of your issue.
  7. In the HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? field, explain your issue with as much detail as possible.
  8. Optionally, select + Add Files to attach relevant files to your case, such is images or MSInfo files.
  9. You will then be presented a list of possible resolutions for the issue (SUGGESTED FAQS). If this resolves your issue, you may close the window. If this does not resolve your issue, click on the Submit My Case button to submit the ticket or the Submit & Start Chat button to begin your live chat.
  10. The next page will confirm your ticket submission and present you with some additional information along with your 8-digit Reference Number. Ubisoft Support will then respond to your ticket as soon as possible via the requested method.
