What is included when purchasing an Operation Shattered Web Pass?

Players who purchase an Operation Shattered Web Pass receive the following:

  • An Operation Shattered Web Coin, which can be leveled from Bronze to Diamond and displayed on your CS:GO profile.
  • Operation rewards which include all-new characters, graffiti, stickers, Shattered Web weapon cases, and more.
  • XP boosts when completing missions.

All CS:GO players, regardless of if they have purchased an Operation Pass, can play all game modes included with Operation Shattered Web.

How do I earn and redeem Operation rewards?

Operation rewards are earned when you receive enough stars to surpass a reward requirement. Stars are earned when completing missions and can also be purchased in-game.

How often are Mission Cards issued?

New Mission Cards are issued once per week during Operation Shattered Web. A countdown to the next Mission Card is shown in-game.

How long do I have to complete Mission Cards?

All missions and Mission Cards may be completed until the Operation ends on March 30th, 2020. After this date missions cannot be completed and rewards cannot be earned.

Once a Mission Card has been issued you can select any mission from any card and complete them for reward or Operation Coin progress.

How do I upgrade my Operation Shattered Web coin?

The only way to upgrade your Shattered Web coin is to complete missions from weekly mission cards. At purchase you will receive a Bronze Operation Coin; complete enough missions and your Coin will upgrade from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and Gold to Diamond.

If you purchase the Operation Pass at a later date, you will be given credit for any missions you have completed towards upgrading your Operation Coin.

I have earned maximum stars from a Mission Card. Why should I complete more missions?

Completing all missions from Mission Cards will earn you Operation Coin progress.

Operation Coin upgrades are only earned by completing missions. While you may not earn Operation rewards after reaching maximum stars from a Mission Card, you will earn progress for upgrading your Operation Coin.

I am not receiving stars or reward progress when completing missions. Why is this?

There are a few reasons you may not receive stars when completing missions:

  • You have already earned the maximum number of stars for the week's card. The top of each Mission Card displays the total number of stars you may earn for reward progress.
  • You are not meeting the requirements to complete a mission. After queuing for a mission, the left side of your screen will display and update your mission progress.
  • You are not completing missions on official Valve servers with other human players. Missions cannot be completed on Community servers and must have one other player present. It is not possible to complete missions against only bots.

I have not purchased the Operation Pass. Am I still eligible for Operation rewards?

No. Only users who purchase the Operation Pass are eligible for rewards.

Any user who purchases the Operation Pass at a later date will immediately receive the rewards associated with their reward progress. Until the pass is purchased no rewards will be issued.

Can I purchase stars to redeem Operation rewards?

Yes, stars can be purchased in-game. After purchase and redemption, all rewards associated with your progress will be issued to your CS:GO Inventory.

Redeemed Operation stars are not eligible for refunds.

How do I participate in missions?

To participate in missions simply click the mission text from the Main Menu; this will automatically queue you for the selected mission. Any user can participate in missions, but only Operation Pass holders will receive rewards for completing missions.

Can I gift Operation Passes?

Operation Passes can be gifted one week after purchase. There is no way to send an Operation Pass as a gift at time of purchase.

Can purchased Operation stars be traded, marketed, or gifted?

No. Purchased Operation stars cannot leave the purchasing account.

Once purchased, stars can be immediately activated (or activated at a later date) to increase your Operation star count. Purchased stars cannot be traded, transacted on the Community Market, or gifted to another user.

How do I equip characters?

Characters can be equipped from the Loadout tab in your CS:GO Inventory. At the top of your Inventory screen click 'Loadout', then 'Agents', and equip the character you would like for T and CT.

Can I still equip characters after the Operation has concluded?

Yes. Characters earned during Operation Shattered Web will remain after the Operation has concluded.
