When you submit an order for Index hardware, an estimated shipping window is calculated. Steam will email you with an update at the following times:
You can only complete the purchase from the Steam account that placed the order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Your order is not final until payment is received.
You can view the status of an order at any time by visiting your purchase history.
Any orders appearing in the "In-process" have been received but are pending. You will be invited to complete your order at a later time.
If your order has been completed, it will appear in your transaction history instead. You can click "view shipment details" to see the current status of your order.
Payment and shipping information are currently only requested when your hardware is ready to ship. If you see a green payment button on your order, it is ready for purchase. If you see an estimated shipment window only, you will be invited to complete your purchase closer to that time.
Your order is considered pending until we have confirmed your shipping address and finalized your payment.
Each account can have one active order for each available store package. For example, you can place separate orders for both an Index Headset and a VR Kit.
