Does Valve ship Hardware to Canada?

Yes! We now ship Valve Index Hardware products to all Canadian provinces and territories.

Who delivers my package?

Valve ships all Canadian hardware orders via FedEx from a warehouse in Illinois, USA.

Your order’s carrier and tracking information is included in your shipment confirmation email.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Estimated delivery for Hardware products is 4-8 days.

Note: Shipping dates are estimates and delivery dates are not be guaranteed.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all Valve Index Hardware products.

What currency will my purchase be in?

Purchases are in Canadian Dollars, as displayed on each of the product store pages.

What payment methods can I pay with?

You can continue to use all available payment methods listed during checkout.

Are there any Import Charges?

Items shipped to Canada will incur import charges depending on your shipment address’ province or territory. You will see an import charges line item in your cart prior to final purchase confirmation.

Will my Hardware be shipped together?

Due to the size differences between products, it is possible that your shipment will be in multiple packages. If it is, don’t worry - they will be shipped at the same time and all be tied to the same master tracking number.
