Returns (Valve Store)

I purchased something from The Valve Store and want to return it.  

The Valve Store only accepts returns and exchanges for physical merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange a purchase from the Valve Store, please submit a ticket and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  

Please include your Valve Store Order number and the reason you are requesting an exchange or refund request.  If you are requesting to exchange an apparel item, please provide the size that you wish to exchange for.  
We will not accept used apparel for return or exchange.                                                                                                                 

Notes about items that come bundled with in-game promotion codes:
- We can only accept returns for items that are bundled with in-game item promo cards for exchange, not for refund.
- You should keep the promotion codes from the original shipment as the replacements will not include promotion codes.                                                                                          

Price matching policy:
- The Valve Store does not offer discounts to purchases made before or after sale periods.
