Warranty replacement for Half-Life 2 (Xbox)

How do I receive a warranty replacement for Half-Life 2 Xbox?

Before returning any item, you must submit a support ticket by clicking the "Ask A Question" link at the top of this page within your warranty period for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number.
