Contacting 2K Support

How do I contact 2K Support?


Please review the Third-Party Game Support topic to determine whether your question should be directed to the game developer or to Steam Support. Sending a support request to the wrong party may result in a delay in processing your request.


To contact 2K support, please do the following:

  1. Go to
  2. Click Submit a question on the right side of the screen
  3. Fill out the Details section and attach any necessary documents/screenshots to your question
  4. Click Send Email... 
  5. Review the suggestions that may fix the issue you are seeing. If these do not resolve the issue, click Finish Submitting Question.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email containing a Support Ticket # that looks like this: XXXXXX. You may use this ticket number when discussing your issue with Steam Support.
