I made a mistake when I submitted my order. May I change my order?
If you decide to change your order, go to My Account, See Orders. If the status says Pending Approval, click the Cancel Order button. You will then need to re-enter a new order and go through the check-out process again.
If the order has been approved, it is being processed. Process normally takes 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a notice via email.
