If you are unable to restore access to a hijacked, stolen, or self-locked Steam account using help.steampowered.com, Steam Support must first verify your ownership of the account before assisting with any changes.

 

 

 

Please submit or update your Steam Support ticket with the following information:

  1. Proof of account ownership (See below)
  2. Your Steam Account login name
  3. The original email address used on the account
