How do I contact Steam Billing and Support?
Create a Support Ticket to contact Steam Support
- Click on the Contact Support button located on the right side of any Steam Support page to create a Steam Support account which is separate from your Steam account. Do not attempt to enter your Steam account information for the Steam Support system, as it will not work.
- Fill out the applicable fields, upload any necessary attachments and click "Submit Question" when finished.
Once the question has been submitted to the system, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail specified on your account. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check the spam filters for this inbox. If you do not receive the e-mail, your question may not have been successfully entered in to the support system
